Key Responsibilities- Assist management in monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area
- Supervise and implement productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports and ensuring deadlines are met
- Track and trace orders using digital in-house tracking software, maintaining accurate records
- Oversee Health and Safety within the warehouse, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace
- Experience managing people in a warehouse or supply chain setting
- Proven experience working within a warehouse or supply chain environment
- Computer literacy with practical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, preferably JDA or Blue Yonder
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise and train direct reports
- Experience of working or managing change and change processes
