Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Technical Pre-Sales professional to join our client's team. As a key member of the sales process, you will provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, working closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients
  • Conduct in-depth technical discussions and presentations with clients to understand their requirements
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team during the sales process
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and content that highlight our technical capabilities
  • Continuously improve and enhance our sales process by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering)
  • Proven experience in a technical pre-sales role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of technical products and services, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences
