Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can make a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Home in Matlock.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the care and well-being of our children and young people, aged 12-17. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans, and provide support and guidance to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the care and support of our children and young people
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Provide guidance and support to our staff
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the home

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma or equivalent qualification, and experience of working with children and young people. You will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work flexibly.
