The Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you'll be responsible for preparing and empowering our customers to become champions of our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product enablement strategies to drive adoption and growth
  • Create product learning paths and training materials to support customer success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product updates and best practices
  • Plan and provide product launch and release training
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement strategies and tools
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience leading product enablement efforts in the HR tech space
  • Experience working in global SaaS environments with over 1000 employees
  • Experience in mastery of technical aspects of products and translating them into value and storytelling
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in global organizations
  • Prior experience in product training building and executing is essential
