Job Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to lead our Distribution Network in the Midlands area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, operating, and maintaining our network efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Team Managers to achieve their duties and objectives.
- Set and drive performance targets, monitoring and controlling expenditure of budgets.
- Ensure customers receive the highest standard of service, resolving complaints efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve network efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Exercise creativity and strategic vision to drive performance and promote change.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a regulated industry, preferably in the energy sector.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of driving performance and change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage others.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
