About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and professional team at Krinvest Care Group as a Care Assistant. We are seeking kind, caring, and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality care to our residents in a 35-bedded care home in Blackburn.

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will work as part of a team to ensure that residents retain their dignity and individuality. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, dressing, washing, light housekeeping, and providing mobility and food assistance. You will be responsible to the team leader on duty and registered care manager.

About Your Skills and Qualities
We are looking for individuals with good communication skills, honesty, trustworthiness, and empathy. You should be patient, caring, and respectful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training from the outset and regular ongoing support throughout your career.
