Job Title: Qualified Early Years Bank Staff

We are seeking a qualified Bank Staff Member to join our team at Bright Horizons Twickenham Meadway Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Bank Staff Member, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on your needs and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Nursery colleagues in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities.
  • Work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed in line with nursery demands, including hygiene standards and room preparation.
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding.
  • Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
  • Sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
