We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The Labour Productivity Manager is responsible for analysing labour performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. They will develop and implement strategies to enhance workforce productivity, create and develop rules for our labour management system, and collaborate with departments to understand labour requirements and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse labour performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Create and develop rules that the system works on in line with our operating model.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand labour requirements and challenges.
  • Monitor and report on key productivity metrics, such as overs, T&A, breaks, working hours, flex.
  • Influence and challenge General Managers and Regional Managers to deliver KPI's and improve performance.
  • Support the Development training programmes to improve employee skills and productivity.
  • Implement best practices for labour management and productivity.
  • Manage productivity improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to management teams on labour productivity issues.
