What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Paraplanner at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and Financial Advisers by producing robust financial plans and analytical information.

What will you do?

• Analyze client's aims and needs to construct solutions as a tool for advisors to communicate to clients.
• Produce reports and analytical information to an excellent standard to support Advisers with client advice.
• Participate in business development activities to contribute to team/office growth and profitability targets.
• Drive to contribute towards the development of best practice within Wealth Planning, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.
• Communicate with the Wealth Planners regarding their advice to High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients on appropriate financial solutions and products.
• Assist the financial planners to ensure that the advice they provide is in line with internal procedures and external regulations.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• CII Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Paraplanning or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge and experience of Financial Planning across a broad range of Financial Planning topics.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in providing a professional client service to high-net-worth clients.
