Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs with food preparation and presentation
  • Independently prepare hot meals and snacks for residents
  • Load and unload dishwasher, wash up equipment, and maintain a clean kitchen environment
  • Collect and distribute crockery and utensils
  • Clear tea trolleys and empty kitchen rubbish
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
