Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project activities, ensuring good communication and adherence to governance processes from pre-construction stages to completion and handover.
- Drive exceptional delivery, health & safety, commercial, risk management, and quality performance on infrastructure projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
- Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
- Monitor and apply performance management techniques.
- Monitor and advise upon project finances.
- Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
- Prepare formal project progress and other reports.
- Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
- Proven track record in a consultancy or developer environment.
- Positive proactive approach to the role.
- Commitment to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
