- PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field.
- Postdoctoral or industry experience post-PhD.
- Strong background in mathematics and statistics.
- Experience working in the Oncology domain.
- Experience processing, analyzing, and interpreting Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data.
- Exposure to machine learning tools and frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Proficient programming skills, preferably in Python.
- Familiarity with standard software engineering tools, including Jira, Git, CI/CD.
- Experience using workflow management systems, such as Nextflow and Snakemake.
- Exposure to cloud environments, preferably AWS.
