About the Role

This is a high-impact position that requires the development and implementation of bioinformatics solutions across the entire product pipeline. As a Senior Bioinformatician, you will be working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement novel mathematical models and statistical analyses for variant calling and detection of minimal residual disease.
  • Develop machine learning methods to improve probe efficiency and selectivity.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance assay performance.
  • Develop high-quality code and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field.
  • Postdoctoral or industry experience post-PhD.
  • Strong background in mathematics and statistics.
  • Experience working in the Oncology domain.
  • Experience processing, analyzing, and interpreting Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data.
  • Exposure to machine learning tools and frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Proficient programming skills, preferably in Python.
  • Familiarity with standard software engineering tools, including Jira, Git, CI/CD.
  • Experience using workflow management systems, such as Nextflow and Snakemake.
  • Exposure to cloud environments, preferably AWS.
