Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of the department, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining our high standards.
  • You will lead by example, demonstrating your passion for guest satisfaction and contributing to our 'surprise and delight' culture.
  • Assess guest issues and take prompt action to resolve them, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Oversee the handling of special room requests, special accommodation needs, and billing instructions.
  • Ensure the proper handling of VIP guests and long-stay guests, providing personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Supervise the work of your team, maintaining motivation levels and providing coaching to enhance performance.
  • Review group arrivals and liaise with reservations to ensure a seamless stay.
  • Maintain effective communication with other departments, keeping all Front Office employees informed of important issues.

Requirements:

  • You will have a background in luxury hospitality, with previous experience in supervisory roles.
  • A proactive approach, self-driven attitude, and excellent attention to detail are essential.
  • Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable, but not required.
