Surveying Engineer (Graduate / Junior)

Description

The role involves conducting quality inspections, progress capture, and setting out for construction installations across various disciplines using XYZ's Augmented Reality technology, the Atom.

As a Surveying Engineer with XYZ Reality, you will be part of a team delivering cutting-edge technology that is transforming the construction industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on-site on major construction projects, travel to different locations, and develop your skills in using Microsoft Office and 3D software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily site inspections using the Atom to ensure works are installed correctly.
  • Produce reports based on the inspections.
  • Attend meetings to coordinate with contractors.
  • Process and review data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Report to the Senior FAE / FAE Manager.
  • Work with the Contractor to devise a weekly lookahead of inspections.
Requirements
  • A qualification in land surveying, geospatial, or geodetic engineering.
  • Experience working on construction projects.
  • Knowledge of 3D software and BIM is desirable.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office.
