Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist - Contract Delivery Expert to join our team at Manpower RPO - Babcock.

Role Overview

This role involves managing contract delivery, supplier progress, and performance to ensure effective delivery of contracted requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing contract delivery in construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure cost-effective supply solutions, minimize contractual risk, and maximize bargaining power across projects and sites.
  • Direct, influence, and manage all subcontract activities to deliver projects on schedule and minimize risks while achieving cost savings.
  • Manage contract risks and changes, implementing effective mitigations to meet project cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
Requirements

The successful candidate must possess:

  • An Engineering Degree or equivalent through work experience.
  • Project Management or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Extensive experience in managing contract delivery in construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
  • A strong Engineering background and experience of complex engineering projects with EPC methodologies (advantageous).
