The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our Bicester Wellbeing Hub team. As a Keyholder, you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and providing an exceptional customer experience that inspires wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive forward sales and company objectives by delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our wellbeing products.
- Manage the opening and closing of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Take responsibility for cash handling and banking procedures, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
- Assist the team and store management with daily tasks, including stock management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
- Support with stock management at our offsite stockroom, unloading deliveries, and sending stock to store.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive, using these tools to manage store operations and report sales data.
- Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience at all times, inspiring wellbeing and promoting our brand values.
- Work on initiative and be super proactive, identifying opportunities to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain company standards at all times, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
Requirements
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who shares our passion for wellbeing and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous retail experience, preferably in a health or beauty environment.A passion for wellbeing and a desire to inspire others.A love of customer service and the ability to translate this into exceptional customer experiences.Self-motivation and the ability to maintain impeccable standards in store.Confident communication skills, treating everyone with honesty, kindness, and respect.Team player with a can-do attitude, adapting easily to change and working collaboratively with colleagues.Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of store operations.The ability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.Confidence in the use of MS Office, Excel, and Google Drive, using these tools to manage store operations and report sales data.Benefits
