Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking to launch your career in the world of MedTech sales? We're seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Sports Med division, where you'll play a key role in achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in secondary care.
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for strategically managing your own territory, identifying high-value opportunities to grow the business, and capturing competitor market share. You'll also be at the forefront of championing the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and cultivating essential customer relationships.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to make a real impact. Previous successful candidates have diverse backgrounds, from sports players to recent graduates and healthcare professionals. We value drive and attitude over prior medical sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Showcase our products to key customers and stakeholders in secondary care, building enduring connections.
- Craft comprehensive business plans for your territory, pinpointing growth opportunities as a priority.
- Cultivate and enhance customer accounts, taking ownership of the relationship between the company and the customer.
- Develop strong networks of relationships to identify mutually beneficial sales opportunities.
- Present compelling brand value propositions and innovative solutions to influence purchasing behaviors.
- Analyse and interpret account strategies and plans, harnessing key systems and data to uncover customer needs.
- Exceptional influencing and business partnering skills.
- The ability to build trust with customers and consult in a manner that sets you apart.
- Proficiency in using the company's selling tools, such as Integrity Selling.
- A deep well of clinical expertise in procedures and product knowledge.
