About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Learning Mentor to join our team in East Devon. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to a KS2 class and work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education to pupils with SEND.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to pupils with SEND, focusing on literacy and numeracy skills
- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Support pupils with SEMH, ASC, and ADHD to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above
- Experience working with children with SEND and KS2
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
