Aquatic Educator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Aquatic Educator to join our team at Kings Camps. As a Swim Teacher/Lifeguard, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and safe swimming sessions for children aged 5-17, focusing on building water confidence and improving swimming techniques.

Key Duties:

• Deliver high-quality swim sessions with attention to child welfare and safety
• Plan and design dynamic swim activities for mixed age groups (5-7, 8-10, 11-14, 15-17)
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure pool equipment is used safely
• Supervise children during lunch breaks and maintain a positive relationship with staff
• Maintain up-to-date certifications, including SEQ Level 2 or STA Level 2, and NPLQ or NRASTC
