Your Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Barista at Costa Coffee Swindon. As a skilled Barista, you will be responsible for creating smooth shifts even in busy periods, training and accrediting new colleagues, and contributing to the success of yourself and your team.

About This Role:

You will be working closely with your team to maintain high standards, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores. You will also have the opportunity to develop new recipes to energize your team and contribute to the success of the store.
