As a Relief Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community, providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work closely with the Care and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Manage the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that promote community spirit and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address resident needs, providing solutions and support as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care or support environment, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
