Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team at Primark Grimsby. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  • Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing, with a focus on maintaining high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing a fast and efficient service at the till points.
  • Receive, unpack, and check off new deliveries, ensuring that products are correctly priced and displayed.
