Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Team Manager to join our team in Hatfield. As a key member of our Transport Team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Transport Admin Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, including tracking driver hours and absence, and ensuring cover is in place.
  • Ensure compliance with scheduling systems and driving legislations.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information to perform their duties.
  • Deliver operational and customer service key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role in the Transport sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
