Nurse Assessor Role with Competitive Salary

Donard Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our assessment team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to service users. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing caseloads, delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments, and assessing various health conditions and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate records of client information and assessment outcomes
* Conduct thorough and unbiased assessments of service users' needs and abilities
* Develop and implement personalized plans to support service users' rehabilitation and independence
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a valid registration on the NMC or HCPC without restrictions and hold a degree in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Paramedicine. A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role is also required.
