About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Swimming Programme Coordinator to join our team at Quarry Leisure Centre.

As a key member of our leisure centre team, you will play a vital role in implementing and controlling on-site administration, contributing to the operation and development of the Swimming Lesson programme.

You will be responsible for the safety and skill advancement of the pupils in your care, ensuring a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with objectives to increase the number of participants for the swimming lesson programme.
  2. Deliver marketing materials with regards to current and forthcoming swimming lesson offers.
  3. Input/update computerised swimming lesson booking system.
  4. Instruct individuals/groups in line with the Learn to Swim scheme for swimming or other aquatic activities.
  5. Promote and support the swimming lesson scheme.
