Academic Instructor in Engineering

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Engineering Academic Instructor to join our team at East Durham College. The successful candidate will be based at our Willerby Grove Campus, with an expectation to work across all three sites, on a full-time basis working 36 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an ambitious curriculum to all students by working flexibly and efficiently to maintain the highest professional standards in the delivery of Engineering programmes, including the associated organizational, coordination, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

• Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy.
• Appropriate Level 3 in a subject relating to Engineering.
• A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards (Cert Ed/PGCE/DTLLS).
