About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced plant engineer to work on a variety of plant equipment, including diggers, dumpers, rollers, trucks, and vehicles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, and repairs to plant equipment, as well as ensuring that safety and housekeeping standards are maintained in their area of work.

As a Senior Plant Maintenance Specialist, you will also represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner, and may be required to attend site breakdowns on occasion.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience working on plant equipment such as small diggers, dumpers, excavators, telehandlers, or HGV's in a workshop or similar environment.

You will be a strong communicator with good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £35k per annum, depending on experience, plus the opportunity to earn overtime pay.

You will also receive 22 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, as well as a company van and access to a pension scheme.
