About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to work with a well-established and market-leading estate agency, providing expert mortgage advice to clients and building strong relationships with the estate agency team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring a stress-free experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the estate agency team, providing support and training where required
- Motivated to attract new clients and business, with a focus on exceptional customer care
- Stay up to date with the mortgage market and trends, ensuring strict adherence to financial regulations
- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
- Estate agency experience preferred but not essential
- Exceptional customer care and customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
