Job Title: Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team at Substantial Group. As an Installation Specialist, you will play a critical role in installing fibre connections for our customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install fibre connections into customer premises, maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
  • Manage tools and vehicles assigned to you, adhering to our vehicle policy.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time and manage day-to-day jobs effectively.
  • Maintain Health and Safety compliance, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Work individually and as part of a team to achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Hold a full UK driving license for at least 12 months.
  • Desirable qualifications include SA001, SA002, S7, S8, IPAF 1b, NRSWA unit 2, and SMART AWARDS.
  • Experience in telecommunications or transferable skills is essential.
