Teaching Geography at a Thriving School

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher of Geography to join our team at a highly successful and oversubscribed school in Telford. Our Geography department is a hub of excellence, with a strong focus on delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students to develop a love for the subject.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Geography to students at GCSE and A-Level
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
  • Assess and provide feedback to students on their progress
  • Contribute to the development of the Geography department and curriculum
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver whole-school initiatives
Requirements
  • QTS or PGCE in Geography or a related subject
  • Experience of teaching Geography to GCSE and A-Level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for Geography and a commitment to delivering high-quality education
