Courier and Collector

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Courier and Collector to join our team in Inverness. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels across the region, working 35 hours a week, 5 days a week, between 13:30 and 20:30.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Using route-planning technology to optimize delivery routes and reduce carbon emissions
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise during deliveries

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
