Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Growth Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving traffic and revenue growth in an eCommerce business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a best-in-class SEO strategy across Shark and Ninja brands. This will involve overseeing the execution of SEO activity, taking a data-driven approach to optimize performance, and continuously looking for ways to improve SEO hygiene factors.

The role also requires collaborating with content and tech/IT teams to ensure SEO projects are delivered on time and support with QA. Additionally, the candidate will need to manage and develop a team of SEO specialists across Europe.

In terms of skills and qualifications, the ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush & AHrefs, and solid technical acumen.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a proactive, analytical SEO expert with strong eCommerce experience and a passion for innovation, we would love to hear from you.
