Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at the Newport Dialysis Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals undergoing haemodialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand your theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the care of dialysis patients.
  • Conduct competent and accurate patient assessments, coordinating with the unit link role resources and multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive optimal care.
  • Act as a proactive mentor, empowering patients, qualified nurses, ancillary staff, and student nurses to share knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • RGN with current NMC registration.
  • Renal Course Certification.
