Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at ETS Technical Selection. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and proactive approach to Health, Safety, and Environment throughout our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor Health and Safety processes and standards to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Support communication and training initiatives to promote a culture of safety and well-being among employees.
- Analyze and communicate key health and safety data and learning to underpin continuous improvement.
- Support the Test operation through a period of change and health and safety improvements.
- Undertake risk assessments, including COSHH and Fire, to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Plan and deliver health and safety training to employees.
- Conduct work-based risk assessments, health and safety inspections, and audits to ensure compliance.
- Hold a minimum of a NEBOSH Diploma qualification.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar health and safety role, preferably in the testing or construction materials industry.
- Knowledge of a wide range of health and safety legislation.
- Ability to plan and deliver health and safety training.
- Experience of conducting risk assessments, including COSHH and Fire.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
