Job Details

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do approach.

You will be expected to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, and to provide emotional support and companionship to our residents.

We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
