About the Role

Captiva Learning is seeking an Enrolment Consultant to join our Premier Pathways Team. As an Enrolment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to learners and employers, supporting them through the full enrolment process to join the Youth Worker Degree Apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to learners and employers on apprenticeship opportunities and the enrolment process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including learners, employers, and colleagues.
  • Ensure that all enrolment processes are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting quality and performance standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the Premier Pathways Team.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in education, apprenticeships, and/or youth work, with a strong understanding of the apprenticeship landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
