Exceptional Opportunity for a KS2 Teacher in Ealing

We are seeking an innovative and dedicated individual to lead our Upper Key Stage 2 team and drive excellence in teaching and learning at The WYN Trust.

Nestled in the prestigious area of Ealing, our school proudly holds an outstanding Ofsted rating and is dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching learning environment for all students. We're looking for a qualified teacher with a proven track record of success in teaching Upper Key Stage 2 to join our dynamic and inclusive school community.

This is a competitive salary position, approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, reflective of your additional responsibilities as a TLR leader.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of success in teaching Upper Key Stage 2
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve excellence
  • A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning, with a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of all students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating the Upper Key Stage 2 phase, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across the curriculum
  • Planning and delivering outstanding lessons that challenge and inspire Upper KS2 students, fostering a love for learning
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues to enhance their teaching practice and improve student outcomes
  • Contributing to whole-school initiatives and strategic planning to drive continuous improvement and maintain our outstanding status

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience of leading or mentoring teams
  • A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to excellence
