Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Supervisor to join our team at Rydon. This role will involve supervising a team of maintenance operatives, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance work is completed to a high standard, and that all tasks are completed within the agreed timeframe.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a maintenance supervisory role, and will have a strong understanding of building maintenance practices and procedures. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of maintenance operatives
  • Ensure that all repairs and maintenance work is completed to a high standard
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules and tasks
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and policies
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of building maintenance practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
