This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team, supporting a range of projects across the UK and internationally, while growing individual expertise and being Client facing with a focus on innovation alongside providing commercial solutions to complex environmental issues.

  • Provide project lead and project support, utilizing general project management skills for multi-discipline schemes;
  • Collect and analyze data, assisting in gathering and assessing environmental information to support processes and identify mitigation strategies;
  • Engage with key project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements;
  • Collaborate with colleagues across offices, inputting into projects;
    • Degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, geography, or a related field;
    • Knowledge of local, regional, and national environmental regulations and laws applicable to EIA processes;
    • Understanding of sustainability principles and ability to integrate them into environmental impact assessments;
    • Ability to identify potential environmental issues and propose effective solutions or mitigation measures;
    • Demonstrable experience in successfully leading or contributing environmental input to complex projects;
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for assessing the potential environmental impacts of projects;
    • Ability to conduct fieldwork, site visits, and environmental assessments;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft packages (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher);
    • Experience in using GIS and AutoCAD packages would be advantageous but not essential.

A Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
