The Opportunity

You'll be the Technical Lead for our Reward Platform, an e-commerce product within the Redemption Club. The Redemption Club provides a redemption selling platform and customer journeys across channels – web, mobile, contact centre, in-store, and beyond.

This role is truly collaborative, working with a diverse developer community and key stakeholders to understand the platform's roadmap, enhancements, and requirements to deliver business-critical products and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce expertise: You have a proven track record of building and maintaining e-commerce applications using cutting-edge technologies such as React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and microservices. Experience with Java and JavaScript is a plus.
  • AWS mastery: You're well-versed in the AWS ecosystem, including API Gateway, Redis, and ECS.
  • Version control: You're familiar with version control software, with a preference for BitBucket.
  • CI/CD and DevOps: Your experience in continuous integration, deployment, and DevOps practices sets you apart as a candidate.
  • Team collaboration: You're skilled in using collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Mural, and Slack, fostering efficient teamwork and project coordination.
  • Documentation expertise: You excel in generating high-quality technical documentation, ensuring knowledge is shared effectively across the team.
  • Analytical mindset: Your strong analytical skills enable you to troubleshoot and solve complex data problems efficiently.

This role has a blended base, between our Central London office and home. We're a small, high-performing team, and we help each other to succeed.
