To stay ahead of attackers, we need more than speed; we need AI that can identify signals in a sea of noise. We're embracing generative AI and researching novel ways LLMs can add value for our customers in D&R.

We're seeking talented AI, ML, and data science professionals to build systems that detect patterns and anomalies humans can't, and which rule-based detections miss. In this role, you will help define and deliver an MLOps strategy for our growing AI team. There's a lot of work to do, and we need your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

You will combine your expertise in AI/ML deployments, cloud systems, and software engineering to enhance our product offerings and streamline our platform's functionalities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and deploying AI/ML models in cloud environments
  • Designing and integrating scalable AI/ML systems into production environments
  • Implementing model risk management strategies, including model registries, concept/covariate drift monitoring, and hyperparameter tuning
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI/ML solutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong foundation in applied AI R&D, software engineering, and MLOps and DevOps systems and tools
  • Experience with ML deployment, especially in AWS, and software engineering
  • Proficiency in containerization and DevOps, with experience developing APIs with Flask or FastAPI
  • Ability to convey complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
