Cocktail Lounge and Bar Manager – Beaconsfield – Boutique Hotel

We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Lounge and Bar Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence in our award-winning cocktail bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the team to ensure constant excellence throughout the bar floor
  • Stock taking and ordering to maintain high standards of inventory management
  • Rota planning and scheduling to ensure deadlines are met and daily shifts are run smoothly
  • Manage employee and guest feedback, including complaints, and find suitable solutions to any problems that may arise
  • Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional attention and outstanding personal service
  • Work with the senior management team to train and develop new staff

Requirements:

  • First-class attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to lead by example and possess a supportive nature for operational excellence
  • Experience in fine dining or high-quality establishments
