Job Overview: Future Education is seeking a dedicated SEN teacher to work in a secondary school in London, supporting students aged 11-19 with Autism (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and complex needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of students with ASD, PMLD, and complex needs.
  • Implement creative and sensory-based activities to facilitate students' learning and skill development.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and therapists to provide optimal care and support for students.
  • Assist students with their personal care needs when required.

Requirements:
  • A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience working with SEN students.
  • Preferred experience teaching students with PMLD, ASD, or complex needs.
  • A patient, caring, and creative teaching approach.
