We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Reablement Teams in Bath and North East Somerset. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients to maximise their independence through rehabilitation and support.

What We Do

We provide short-term rehabilitation services to individuals in their own homes or in residential and nursing homes. Our goal is to enable people to regain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out therapeutic assessments, diagnoses, and treatments using person-centred goals
  • Provide an evidence-based occupational therapy service in a community setting, undertaking comprehensive assessments, care planning, rehabilitation, and therapeutic care and support
  • Hold responsibility for own caseload and work with rehabilitation therapy workers to deliver therapeutic programmes
  • Provide effective supervision to junior Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistant Practitioners, and Reablement therapy workers

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with HCPC
  • Full UK Driving License and access to a car
