We are looking for an experienced and compassionate teacher to fill a full-time position at our SEND school in Grantham, supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

In this role, you will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to ensure each student's specific needs are met.

You will also promote positive behaviors and build resilience in students, while working closely with teaching assistants and external professionals to monitor student progress and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students with SEMH needs.
  • Support students' personal development by promoting positive behaviors and building resilience.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and external professionals to support student progress.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • A competitive annual salary of £45,000 - £65,000.
