We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Officer Credit Management to join our team at News Corp. Class A. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a high volume of supplier telephone calls and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Process and manage invoice rejections in VIM, liaising with suppliers and the business to resolve any issues.
  3. Verify and check final demands and reminders received from suppliers to ensure accuracy.
  4. Coding of supplier invoices for certain areas of the business to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  5. Manage key supplier accounts to ensure timely payment and resolution of any issues.
  6. Prepare and review urgent lists and payment proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  7. Manage various mailboxes to ensure timely response to queries and resolution of issues.
  8. Validate invoices in OCR to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  9. Raise internal journals and document reversals as required and pass for checking and input.
  10. Process ad-hoc invoices, including Capex, Fast Entry, Foreign, and monthly memos.
  11. Input miscellaneous payment requests and process upload accounts, including SPS, Amex, and Commercial.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent Excel skills and ability to learn new systems.
  2. Accurate and attention to detail.
  3. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Multiskilled to provide cover as required.
  5. Previous experience with SAP, VIM, and OCR systems is desirable but not essential.
