We are seeking an experienced pharmacy professional to join our team as a Duty Pharmacy Manager at Tesco Pharmacies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and service.

Job Description

You will be expected to supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and Private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers. Additionally, you will play an active role in our charities support program, giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing and processing prescriptions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Delivering high-quality customer service and responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Developing and maintaining relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports, and adhering to company protocols.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Pharmacy Degree, Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and completion of a DBS check before employment.

Benefits

Tesco Pharmacies offers a highly competitive salary of around £55,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays), Buy holiday salary sacrifice scheme, Annual bonus - up to 20% of annual salary, Contributory pension scheme, and 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 years' service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay; we also offer 4 weeks fully paid paternity leave.
