Business Development Manager

Hunter Savage is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join their Newry office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of projects, including cost control, budget management, and subcontractor management.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct accurate and detailed cost estimates, procurement, and tender processes
- Ensure robust and timely cost and value reporting at project and business levels
- Mentor junior members of the commercial team
- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager in a similar environment
- Valid CSR/Safe Pass and a clean UK/ROI driving license
