Kitchen Brigade Leader Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to lead our kitchen brigade at The Albion Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional food quality, innovation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and direct all core culinary activities within The Albion Hotel and other assigned locations.
2. Assist the head chef in managing and controlling services to meet performance, qualitative, and financial targets.
3. Drive revenue opportunities through commercial initiatives, labour efficiency, and effective operations.
4. Ensure exceptional food hygiene, health, safety, and environmental practices.
5. NVQ Level 2 Food Production certificate or equivalent.
6. Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate.
7. Flexibility to work under pressure and across various shifts and service times.
8. Direct management experience of chefs and kitchen brigade.
9. Advanced Food Safety or Health and Safety qualification.
