Main ResponsibilitiesAs a midwife with our trust, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to women and their babies throughout pregnancy, labour, and the postnatal period. You will work autonomously within locally agreed policies and guidelines, taking account of the NMC code in relation to practice.
You will be responsible for assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating programmes of care to meet the needs of women and their babies. You will also have the opportunity to support students, internationally educated midwives, and newly qualified midwives.
